I am writing to advise you of the beautiful paining job Melvin and your crew did at Westgate Square Condominiums in Edison this summer.
As you know, one of our duties as property manager is inspect the completed work. When I did my first walk thru, I couldn’t find any punch list items to note and though this is too good to be true! As I continued my inspection, I was pleased as to the quality of work and how well the clean up was done.
