In many cases the work must be scheduled during off-hours to accommodate the demands of clients who cannot afford an interruption to their own operations. And, the physical space in which the job is to be performed usually requires special equipment—boom lifts, scaffolding, and the like. And, the absolute need for planning the execution of the job in coordination with the client is always a factor in the success of the project.
